This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made on Vozapy (“we,” “us,” “our”). Because Vozapy provides digital, on-demand AI processing (text-to-speech, voice cloning, and audio separation), most purchases are final and non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
When you submit text, voice, or audio to be processed, the system immediately allocates resources and generates an output (audio file, separated track, cloned voice, etc.). Since the service is consumed instantly and cannot be “returned,” we generally do not offer refunds for:
successfully generated AI audio;
successfully separated audio/vocals;
successfully created or trained voice profiles;
unused time within an active billing period.
We may, at our sole discretion, review a refund request in the following situations:
Technical failure on our side – you paid for a task/plan and the system did not deliver any usable result due to an error on our servers (not due to your file, format, or connection).
Duplicate payment – you were accidentally charged twice for the same plan/order.
Unauthorized payment – if you can reasonably show the payment was made without your authorization.
Inability to access the service – you purchased, but due to a verifiable issue in your account on our side, you never gained access.
In these cases, we may either:
re-process the task for you at no cost, or
issue a partial or full refund, or
provide account credit for future use.
Refund decisions are made case-by-case.
A refund will not be issued if:
the system generated the audio/output as requested but you changed your mind;
you selected the wrong voice/language/model;
you uploaded low-quality or corrupted audio and the result reflects that input;
you didn’t read the feature description or limits before buying;
your device, browser, or internet connection prevented you from downloading the file after we generated it;
you violated our Terms of Use (impersonation, cloning without rights, abuse).
If you are on a recurring plan:
You can cancel future renewals at any time in your account or by contacting us.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer prorated or partial refunds for the remaining days in the cycle.
After cancellation you will keep access until the period expires.
To request a review of a payment, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of the charge and include:
the email/account used;
date and amount charged;
order/transaction ID (if available);
a short description of the issue (screenshots help).
If we cannot verify the issue or it’s outside this Policy, we may decline the refund.
Payments may be handled by third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, local gateways). In some cases, their terms may apply and processing times for refunds can vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.
Before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us. Many issues can be solved faster directly with us. Unfounded or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension or termination of your Vozapy account.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated date.
